J McGinnity Property Consultant (JMPC) was established in September 2009 by Jerome McGinnity, a Chartered Building Surveyor and provides a wide range of professional services with the emphasis on providing a tailored, personal and professional approach.
Jerome McGinnity qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1992 and has acquired 30 years of full time experience in the profession, 29 of those years in his own business.
Jerome is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI).
Jerome has gained a reputation for completing work to the highest professional standards
Jerome commenced his employment in London in 1988 and worked there for three years as an Assistant Building Surveyor gaining invaluable experience working for two central London practices.
He subsequently gained employment in Belfast in 1991 and worked for a medium sized multi-disciplinary firm as Senior Building Surveyor carrying out work on behalf of Queen’s University Belfast and Royal Mail.
In February 1995 he jointly set up McGinnity Gantley a Chartered Building Surveying Practice and 2009 JMPC was established.

Jerome has personally designed and project managed over two hundred projects during that time to include refurbishments of and extensions to Listed Buildings, Churches and Public Sector Buildings with these projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £3,000,000.00.
Jerome McGinnity is the sole practitioner and will oversee all appointments personally.
