JMPC is appointed by a large commercial business to design and project manage the provision of a new temporary building 65m long x 25m wide (1625 m2). The building is to be procured and erected by November 2023 to allow the client to move storage facilities into this structure.
Work commences immediately on the following.
- Production of detailed outline budget costs
- Production of a detailed programme for the works
- Production of design drawings for sign off & for tendering
