JMPC received an instruction to carry out a survey and prepare a report on Horizon House, Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice, Belfast as per the photograph above. This survey included the following;
- Building Condition Survey to record the condition of the building including all accessible internal & external areas and all accessible M&E installations.
- Preparation of a Planned maintenance schedule as an Appendix to include budget costs.
